FAQ

Q: How should I take prohormones?

A: Assuming you are 21 years old (in exceptional cases less), adhere to the following recommendations. Most prohormones have a half-life of 6-8 hours, it is therefore appropriate to take them in sufficient time before training. According to the feedback from our clients, it is appropriate to divide the daily dose in two separate doses during the day. First in the morning, second about six hours later.

We do not recommend taking prohormones less than six hours before sleep. It may result in an increased activity and worsening of sleep and sleep depth.
