Frequently asked questions and answers
How should my diet look like during the cycles?
We recommend increasing your caloric intake by high-quality macronutrients. Eat 6-7 meals a day, consumed every 2-3 hours. We recommend the following ratio of dietary ingredients: Protein 30% - Carbohydrates 60% - Fats 10%.
An important factor is the consumption of quality proteins (2.5 g per 1 kg/BW), as most prohormones improve proteosynthesis. Choose selective sources such as chicken and beef, fish, eggs, cottage cheese and protein products.
What is the shelf life of prohormones packaging?
The average life of one package is 2-3 years. Please keep your supplements cool and dark. Protect from moisture.
Are prohormones detectable by test?
If you mean your employer's tests to detect toxic substances in your body, you can be calm, prohormones won't be detected by this test. More expensive research tests are required to detect these substances. If you are an athlete organized in a sports federation, it should be noted that by converting prohormones to real hormones, this phenomenon will reflect on the positivity of the doping test.
What is the detection time of prohormones?
Unfortunately, there is no precise detection of individual prohormones. In literature we most often encounter information 24 - 310 hours since the last consumption of the product.
What if I get sick during the cycle?
In this case, we recommend skipping the dosage for the days needed to cure the disease. It is better to lose three days than to unnecessarily risk a much longer outage. It should be noted that prohormones work in combination with quality training, diet and regeneration. If your body is fighting disease, it is not 100% able to cooperate.
