Prohormones, tips and tricks...

As you already know, prohormones are today among the best supplements for bodybuilding. But what is their exact use in order to see the muscle gains? You have to be smart and use several prohormones throughout the year. To get even more effective results, it is important to have breaks between cycles, and fill them with products from the category of PCT. Your body gets faster to its natural values, you are able to keep the acquired muscles and in this way you can begin another cycle. This is the time when you need to plan the whole process in detail. Perfect diet and sufficiently hard training are a must.

If you wish to begin with prohormones, the first step is modification of your diet. If your goal is to increase muscle mass and decrease fat levels, the very first thing to do is to increase protein intake. Consume more meat, cheese, eggs, and drink more milk. Prohormones increase protein synthesis. This means that greater portion of your body proteins is used for muscle building. In addition, proteins speed up your metabolism, so if your goal is fat loss, proteins are a great help. If you want to define your muscles, your carbohydrate levels should not be very high. However, this may cause problems with the lack of energy in the gym. Some people therefore eat more carbohydrates than necessary and the slimming process stands at a standstill. Prohormones help by serving as an energy boost in the gym. You can thus reduce the amount of carbohydrates and you will still have a lot of energy and great power. When you are close to the end of the cycle, we recommend slightly increasing carbohydrates in order to cover the deficit and be still able to train comfortably. After completing a prohormone cycle it is also a good idea to reduce the amount of proteins, because protein synthesis returns to its original level as well. You would be just wasting proteins. 

 

It is also good to plan your training ahead. During cycles you can increase the training volume. Feel free to do 5 sets of 12 repetitions. Before the end of the cycle, however, the amount of work in the gym should be reduced. 4 sets of 6-8 repetitions should be enough. No worries, you will still provide your muscles with sufficient stimulus to grow

Depending on the specific prohormone, individual cycles last for 4-6 weeks. When can you start the next cycle? The answer is that the break should last as long as the cycle (4-week cycle = 4-week break). This period allows the hormone levels to return to their original levels. Application of a product from the category of PCT is an excellent help. Thanks to these small modifications, you will be able to get the maximum from prohormones. It does not matter if your goal is fat reduction or muscle mass increase.
